Coordination Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordination Manager to join our team. The Coordination Manager will be essential in ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners. • Oversee and manage all coordination activities for projects, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement coordination strategies to support project execution and streamline processes.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather input and provide project updates.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes, ensuring they are accessible to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify coordination needs and promote best practices for effective teamwork.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration on project objectives.
• Prepare and distribute regular updates on project status to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
