  • Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
  • Negotiating product and service agreements in addition to reviewing contractor performance to determine the need for contractual amendments.
  • Research and review existing and upcoming regulations to ensure that contractual documents are updated and comply with state and federal laws.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of effective procurement policies and proposals.

Familiar with contract law, Civil Code, Company law, bidding law and other relevant laws and regulations.

  • Professional ability in contract drafting, review, negotiation and management.
  • Understand the industry dynamics, master the contract risk control methods
