As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of the project, ensuring the organization's commercial and legal positions are protected. This role involves familiarity with the project’s Terms & Conditions and managing any related matters effectively.


Key Accountabilities
  • Creating, analyzing, negotiating, and executing various contractual and commercial agreements for the project.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other third-party stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and managing contract-related documents and correspondence with the Client/Employer.
  • Presenting contract information to relevant parties, including stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Supporting the timely and professional resolution of any contractual disputes that may arise.
  • Managing and executing all contractual and commercial compliance matters concerning the project, ensuring alignment with mandatory standards.
  • Staying informed about changes to relevant rules and regulations affecting the project.
  • Leveraging a strong understanding of facility management to anticipate and address potential issues proactively.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years working in a similar role, supporting the commercial and contract arrangements of large projects or organizations.
  • Deep understanding of business operations.
  • Solid grasp of contractual agreements and compliance requirements.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities, with strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
