Responsibilities:
Implement ExPRO standard contracts processes and procedures
Assure functional compliance for awarded contracts in the areas of performance, guarantees,
invoicing and payment, claims, preliminary and final handover, defects and warranty and close-out
Assess the capability of company's existing contracts staff and assign appropriate roles and
responsibilities
Lead the contracts management department knowledge transfer program which includes
comprehensive on-the-job training.
Support company in the negotiation of proposals to meet the project objectives and assure
adherence to company and ExPRO’s policies and procedures.
