Continuous Improvements Specialist

JASARA PMC is in search of a skilled Continuous Improvements Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for Supporting and developing continuous improvement activities and strategies to processes and procedures across the Directorate of Engineering Services.

• Ensure continuous operational and organizational improvement (e.g. processes and procedures and monitors compliance to internal business processes).

• Plan for the improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of Engineering Services products, processes and services.
• Supports the improvement of procedures and processes across Engineering Services Directorate.
• Supports and develops continuous improvement activities and strategies to processes and procedures across the Engineering Services Directorate.
• Analyse bottlenecks in Engineering Services processes for cost savings or other improvements.
• Develop improvement initiatives coordinating with respective units under the Engineering Services Directorate.
• Supports the improvement of business performance outcomes and operational agility of Engineering Services.
• Develop automation of processes and workflows through modelling and evaluation of inputs/outputs and performance.
• Oversight and follow-up non-conformance reports (both Vendor and Internal) where appropriate to identify trends and resolve underlying issues within the business, these non-conformance reports should then form a basis for future improvement initiatives.
