Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, and throat disorders, including hearing loss, sinusitis, and head and neck cancer.
Perform a wide range of ENT procedures, such as endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, and tympanoplasty.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex ENT cases.
Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
Clinical Leadership:
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of ENT surgery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ENT surgery technology and techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
Board certification in ENT Surgery
Significant clinical experience in ENT surgery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
Desirable:
Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., otology, rhinology, head and neck surgery)
Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
A passion for teaching and research
