The successful applicant will be a part of our Middle East Hub team, supporting clients in KSA on the development of large-scale emergency management frameworks.
This is a fee-earning role in which you will primarily represent Control Risks as a trusted adviser to one of our major clients in KSA. You will be part of a small team tasked with the development and implementation of a citywide emergency response framework over a 2–3-year period.
Supporting the project team in the operational planning and management of a long-term client engagement.
Deliver operational and document-based deliverables and compliance with relevant policies, standards and methodologies.
Leveraging your direct emergency management experience in government, local authority, emergency services, or public safety, you will contribute towards:
- Design and implement multi-agency frameworks and plans for city and local district response to major incidents (man-made and natural hazards).
- Develop command and control response structures for government and emergency service responders.
You will ensure effective communication and collaboration across agencies by working with stakeholders from government and non-government agencies to identify and implement operational and technical needs.
Contribute towards community preparedness by:
- Implementing community-based warning, informing, and awareness programs for major incident scenarios.
- Conducting multi-agency responder training and exercising programs.
