Qualifications
+ 3 - 4.5 years of experience in consulting, FMCG, or any relevant industry.
+ Experience in
Project Management, Policy & Procedure Development, Strategy Development, or Organizational Excellence.
+ Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written).
Responsibilities
+ Research, Gather & Document Data using several methods to conduct research activities.
+ Identify issues, formulate, and test hypotheses.
+ Organize & analyze data and translate it into meaningful insights.
+ Develop presentations on findings and insights.
+ Present findings to team members and clients.
+ Conduct & document meetings, interviews with clients.
+ Contribute to the creation of deliverables.
+ Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project and assist in practice and solution development. Contribute to the creation of deliverables.
+ Manage client relationships on projects and ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
+ Assess the depth required, translate the analysis into useful findings and quality assure the results.
+ Take ownership of the overall project and delivery as per commitments to the client.
