Construction Project Manager (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent, a premier Talent Acquisition firm, is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a short-term 6-month project. This role involves the comprehensive management of construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met with the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead project teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance; implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards and complies with local regulations and safety requirements.
• Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities among various stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them; address issues as they arise to keep the project on track.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
