As a Civil Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Develops and executes project work plans using with the project team
Manages conflicts as they arise that jeopardize the success of the project that come from resource constraints, requirement changes, technical risks, communication problems
Establish the scope of various projects, establish a project charter and schedule, identify project teams and/or actors, participate in all stages of project development and take part in commercial planning for projects
Plan and coordinate meetings with multidisciplinary teams
Monitor projects with Global and partners and ensure that forms are completed as required
Ensure timely delivery of projects, prioritize development’s commercial agreements, develop contingency plans and make recommendations to senior management and the BD team
Propose improvements to the project management process
Manage the database and ensure database precision with regard to data entry and software upgrades
Prepare and coordinate alignment meetings for projects to be delivered
Establish project strategies
Develop and monitor project budgets
Manage, lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams
Give presentations both internally and externally on the progress of projects
