Construction Manager - Rafts M46

JASARA PMC is excited to announce an opening for a Construction Manager - Rafts M46 to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities specifically focused on Rafts M46, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As part of our joint venture with Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure development in Saudi Arabia.

• Oversee all phases of the Rafts M46 construction project, from planning and execution to management and completion.
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules specific to Rafts M46.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays as they arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and ensure adherence to plans.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
