Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  
• Ensure project execution aligns with safety, quality, and budgetary guidelines.
  
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
  
• Monitor site progress and resolve any operational challenges.
  
• Manage workforce, subcontractors, and material procurement.
  
• Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
  
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is an advantage.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  
• Expertise in construction management, budgeting, and contract administration.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards.
