Construction Director

The Construction Director at JASARA PMC plays a critical role in overseeing large-scale consulting and capital projects. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring project objectives are met while adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in managing engineering, design, and construction processes to drive the successful execution of complex construction programs, typically valued at billions of dollars. They will work collaboratively across teams to foster client relationships and deliver innovative, future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement construction strategies and execution plans.
• Lead and nurture project teams to ensure delivery excellence.
• Oversee contract formats, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, managing technical performance across projects.
• Provide mentorship to junior construction managers and facilitate their professional development.
• Ensure project scope and objectives align with client satisfaction while meeting JASARA's health, safety, environment, quality, and business policies.
• Engage in business development activities to secure project contracts.
• Collaborate with project teams to maximize the capabilities of JASARA.
