Job Purpose / Objective


Review and monitor the internal control, policies, procedures, and processes across various geographic locations which HMG operates within to ensure that such controls conform to best practice and regulations. Functioning as an objective reviewer and evaluator of compliance plan/program within HMG.


Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities


  • Assist in overseeing the compliance to HMG policies, procedures and processes across projects and ensure the efficient compliance practices across applicable HMG projects.
  • Support the development, initiation, maintenance and revision of HMG policies and procedures to ensure the prevention of the illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
  • Participate in compliance monitoring across HMG projects as and when required, and identify compliance issues in order to mitigate risk.
  • Prepare regular reports, and report results of the compliance of policies, procedures, and processes across HMG for management members.
  • Maintain a log of all reported incidents of non-compliance, written complaints, investigations, charges, and litigation.
  • Maintain a checklists for the enforcement of the corporate compliance plan/program across applicable HMG projects.
  • Conduct Root Cause analysis of Compliance issues.
  • Research external regulations and compliance requirements to insure HMG follows proper healthcare compliance standards.
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of HMG’s policies, procedures, and the relevant MOH’s compliance standards.
  • Prepare processes and conduct inspection protocols to ensure compliance with HMG’s Procedures.
  • Assist with HMG’s unwritten response process to address any compliance issues.
  • Assist with investigation of reports of non-compliance, fact gathering, documentation, logging, record keeping and reporting.
  • Conduct necessary follow-up activities as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with other team members to review compliance terms, translate requirements and communicate to all related parties across HMG.
  • Maintain strictest confidentiality of all in-coming and out-going correspondence.
  • Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
  • Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
  • Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities.

Education/ Professional Qualification


  • Educational         : Bachelor’s Degree
  • Professional       : Law, Business Administration, English Literature

Experience


  • Preferable Two (2) years related experience.

Professional Licensing / Certification / Training


  • Certification       : Relevant Certifications
