This role ensures that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies, including Waste Management, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), ISO standards, and licensing. The Compliance Monitoring Manager will develop and implement monitoring programs, conduct audits, and report on compliance performance to senior management. Responsible for assisting in the delivery of the Company Waste Management Strategy objectives by managing implementation and maintenance of the Compliance management strategy, policies, processes, standards, and systems. Sustain the Integrated Compliance and Monitoring System in line with the required industry standards, permitting requirements and business requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures. Regulate, control, and improve the quality of all processes throughout the project management cycle. Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the project life cycle and operations.
