Consultant
Your role:
- Working across multiple
communication mediums: Media Relations (press releases, articles, interviews)
- Managing Testimonials,
Email Marketing, Website, Intranet, SM Campaigns, Branding (usage of all the
tools for each respective scope).
- Managing operational and
administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
- Develop and implement
events to engage actively internal and external stakeholders, customer focused
and maximizing impact
- Project leader to plan,
manage, implement and overall coordination for marketing initiated activities
and events, including the media relations planning, vendor communication,
customer relationship, logistics arrangement, communication materials preparations,
onsite coordination, post-event follow-up etc.
- Proactively taking on new,
creative, and impactful initiatives in events and tradeshows
- Ensure compliance with
global brand strategy and visual identity
- Collaborate with
procurement to manage agency performance to ensure project results
- Keep a good relationship
with organizer of tradeshow, keep the market leader positioning in public
platform via various communication events and tradeshow
- Budget management and
monitor campaign results and evaluate and track its success
- Collaborate with internal
stakeholders to plan and execute events smoothly
- Being responsible for all
project budgets from ideation to completion
Your Qualifications:
- The ability to coordinate
the planning, design/construction activities for projects.
- Enthusiastic and engaging
- able to adapt your style to the needs of the situation whilst safeguarding
the interests of the practice and relevant relationships
- Ability to develop project
schedules and monitor the project
- Skills to draft, monitor
and update work plans to ensure all projects are running within the prescribed
timeframes and budget parameters.
- Promote open communication
among projects owners, agencies, and internal project team members in a
structured and managed way
- Comfortable working in a
multi-discipline environment, interfacing with a broader team (core
disciplines, specialists, modalities, and customers).
- Assist the project leaders
with the development and updates of project resources budgets, and schedules
- Ability to prepare and/or
review contractual invoices and project payment requests and makes
recommendations to Project Leaders
- Ability of working with
contractors and sub-contractors
- Manage the flow of project
correspondence
- Act in the capacity of the
project leader in his or her absence
- Act as a key resource and
liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional
relationships as needed
- Knowledge of virtual and
hybrid events is a must
- Fluency in English reading
writing speaking is a must. Possessing another language will be an added
advantage
- Proficient knowledge in
Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
