Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist and provide information to passengers on trains, platforms, and paid areas.
2. Manage passenger flow and supervise access control.
3. Ensure on-board services (like catering and cafeteria) meet quality standards.
4. Check that the train is properly arranged for service.
5. Oversee ticketing, seat assignments, and resolve any issues.
6. Operate customer assistance systems (PAS, PIS, multimedia, air conditioning, etc.).
7. Manage ticket sales on the train.
8. Coordinate with the Station Operations team and Operations Control Center (OCC) for smooth communication and execution of tasks.
9. Work with security and OCC staff to ensure passenger services run safely.
10. Report on activities and incidents using the provided templates.
11. Handle any on-board and platform incidents.
12. Coordinate contractor services (e.g., food and beverages).
13. Perform any other tasks to ensure service quality, safety, and security for passengers.
