Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.


The CommercialManageris responsible for developing and implementing effective retail strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across multiple retail locations. The role involves strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.


Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement commercial retail strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage and support retail staff, providing training and development.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and financial reports to make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained across all retail locations.
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on retail performance to senior management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial retail management roles
  • Previous experience with IPO-listed companies in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple retail locations and leading large teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
