Commercial Manager (DEL 178)

In this dynamic position, you will drive the commercial performance of our projects, ensuring they align with the company's ambitious objectives and financial targets.

• Supporting Commercial Director to develop commercial strategies and initiatives to aid successful delivery of their respective project during the design and construction phases.
• Overseeing and undertaking all commercial activities assigned to their respective project. This includes reviewing / checking cost plans, preparing / allocating budgets, tender commercial assessments, contract preparation and negotiations, progress payments, cost forecasting / reporting, claim management, auditing and project finalisation.
• Managing, mentoring and developing commercial resources assigned to their respective project. This includes promoting and developing the commercial acumen within the broader project team.
• Work closely with Procurement to ensure that the commercial and procurement functions are coordinated and complementary in order to satisfy the overall program needs and requirements.
• Work closely with other QIC departments, inclusive of the finance and legal departments.
