o Ensure all quotations reflect the requirements outlined in the project specification scope and requirements.
o Provide detailed backup for each figure included in the quotes to justify costs.
Project Understanding and Scope Management:
o Thoroughly understand construction milestones and their implications on project costs and timelines.
o Ensure that all quotes accurately reflect the project specifications and scope.
Collaboration and Final Cost Proposal:
o Collaborate closely with the operations team to gather necessary inputs and validate cost proposals.
o Ensure that the final cost proposal is comprehensive and aligns with operational insights and project requirements.
Client Negotiation:
o Engage in negotiations with clients to ensure the terms are favorable and align with company objectives.
o Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
