Commercial Lead (Commercial Director / Associate Director level)

As our business in KSA continues to grow massively, we are actively seeking senior Commercial Lead (Commercial Director/Associate Director level) candidates for our large scale / prestigious projects in KSA (Riyadh and NEOM – remote location). The nature of these projects are airports, mixed use, cultural, hospitality, residential, infrastructure, and power / energy.

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant working experience in the discipline
• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, or related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc)
• MRICS qualification - beneficial
• Proactive, quality driven, self-motivated and hands-on team-leader with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential, ability to communicate well with clients and senior management
• Experience in leading teams of professionals with a strength in growing and developing people.
