Are you ready to drive innovation and efficiency in the pharmaceutical industry? We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Commercial Excellence Specialist to shape the future of commercial strategies in our organization.


The position is based in Riyadh, and reports to the Commercial Excellence Lead.


The Position


In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective performance managementstrategy and metrics execution & monitoring business growth through performance management tools & Incentive Business analytics and insights generation, design & communicate modern Incentive plans to capture market dynamics matching with the new rising trends


Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Regular update of anchored budget and realized data based on latest budget agreed on in periodically business reviews and calculate & validate incentive for all teams within the scope on timely manner (business cycle)
  • Ensure the successful delivery of incentive within agreed timelines, Sales Vs Budget related projects involving technology, processes and organizational change initiatives for performance management
  • Follow the local governance and guidance for budget distribution, sales transfers, adjustments, ensure compliance with commercial excellence Incentive (IO/Regional/local) guidelines
  • Leverage tracking tools focusing on team Budget ach, other incentive analytics for sales data at a territory, team, and national level and ensure team visibility for all related data for budget achievement & Incentive calculation
  • Sharing periodically budget distribution and incentive analytics for all stakeholders

Qualifications


To be effective in this role, you need to have a BSc Pharmacy with strong market understanding and English proficiency, with strong spoken and written communication skills.


You also need to have:


  • At least 3 years’ experience in commercial excellence and in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent MS skills (Excel & Power BI) knowledge
  • Making Things Happen mindset within high performing and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrable ability to build stakeholder management and relationships, work collaboratively and well as part of a team and communicating with impact

The Market Access and Public Affairs (MAPA) function is very critical to short-term and strategic affiliate priorities. To keep the focus on those responsibilities, MAPA team members are leading the transformation initiatives and striving for cross-function execution excellence internally and in the field. The function covers pricing activities, key account management for private, Field market access, and public affairs.
