Collection Officer

Würth Saudi Arabia is currently recruiting a Collection Officer with a minimum of 2 years experience to visit the customers and ensure collection is done in a timely manner and according to payment schedule.

The position of collection officer in Würth Saudi Arabia is reserved for Saudi Nationals.

Responsibilities

• Daily Field Visits to Customers (slow Paying, with overdue receivable) to collect the old due
• Customer’s Accounts reconciliation
• Resolve customers disputes
• Negotiate settlement of old Receivables
• Arrange meetings with decision Makers for payments and follow up accordingly
• Balance Confirmation when customers when requested.
• Monitor the Sales consultants collection performance and assist them with customer visits
• Issue reports as needed.
