As the Co-Founder and CEO of our Fan Engagement platform with a football focus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our rapidly growing company. Leveraging your seasoned leadership skills, particularly in managing and scaling businesses, you will contribute significantly to the success of our venture. Your responsibilities will span from devising and executing strategic plans to adeptly overseeing growth, stakeholders, product development, and implementing an engaging fan experience. Serving as a dedicated ambassador for our brand and vision, you will lead commercial initiatives and cultivate a high-performing team to achieve outstanding KPIs related to the platform's unique features. As the CEO and Co-Founder of our sports fan engagement platform, your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic business plans and procedures
• Setting short- and long-term goals, defining the company's culture, vision, and mission
• Owning the P&L of the venture
• Managing investor relations, including presenting to the board and monitoring key performance indicators
• Proactively engaging with Saudi football clubs to establish partnerships and collaborations, fostering a strong network within the football community
• Overseeing daily operations, including product development, marketing, sales, business development and HR
• Guiding the platform content strategy and operations, from content creation to acquisition and curation
• Attracting and developing new team members and future leaders of the company

About you:

• You have with significant senior-level experience in startups and/or the football industry.
• You possess a comprehensive understanding of the sports industry and specifically football, including market dynamics, trends, and fan expectations in Saudi Arabia 
• Previous experience in a startup environment, ideally as a co-founder or in a senior position in a startup post series A
• Expertise in growth, marketing, and sales with a nuanced understanding of business functions such as finance, content strategy and startup operations
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to set ambitious targets while effectively managing the company's operations
• Entrepreneurial grit and a willingness to be hands-on
• Experience in scaling a startup from a small team to a significant workforce
