الوصف الوظيفي

Develop, write, and modify CNC programs for production machines based on technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
Collaborate with the design, engineering, and fabrication teams to interpret blueprints and create accurate production parts.
Set up and calibrate machinery before production runs, ensuring proper tools and materials are used.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CNC machine operation and programming.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that parts meet design specifications and tolerances.
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize machine downtime.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new CNC programming techniques, and advancements in machining technologies.
Maintain and follow safety protocols, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

المهارات

Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, with a strong understanding of CNC machining and programming.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and G-code programming.
Experience with various materials (e.g., metals, plastics, wood) and familiarity with their machining properties.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience in the themed entertainment or manufacturing industry is a plus.
Knowledge of robotics and automation in CNC machining.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
