The Clinical Training Specialist main task involves conducting & coordinating internal & external clinical training activities for Imdad employees and clients. performing clinical assessments for employees, as well as basic clinical market research. It is essential for the Clinical Training Specialist to provide detailed information on various products applications offered by the Imdad. Clinical Training Specialist tasks also involves administration of Clinical eLearning System.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Conduct clinical training activities for sales & other Imdad teams to establish their medical and technical knowledge.
  • Generate and develop clinical training content.
  • Perform clinical knowledge assessments for sales and Imdad teams.
  •  Provide clinical support for sales team in regards of technical and clinical information about Imdad solutions and their clinical application.
  •  Effectively attending relevant conferences and workshops.
  • Perform professional in-service training for customer's end users on Imdad systems and their applications.
  • Develop technical knowledge about competitors & conduct basic market research.
  •  Coordinate clinical training sessions for Imdad clients, including access to eLearning system, monitoring progressing of learners, issue clinical certificates.
