Apply now for the position of Clinical Application Specialist – Ultrasound – MEA (m/f) Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your role: Responsible to support the sales process by clinical demonstrations and presentations, on-site visits for the entire Ultrasound Portfolio,Increase customer satisfaction and productivity through post-sales training and subsequent follow up on requests,Train customers and be responsible that customers are properly trained in applying the best possible clinical procedures to achieve optimal usage of the equipment delivered. Working with sales and clinical experts on opportunities including strategizing to win,Work with the rest of team in joint projects,Educate and train Business Partners and distributors on all the above points,Supporting the business partners clinically and keep in touch with the local application team to carry the high standard level of the brand,Attendance at trade fairs and conferences/workshops for demonstrations and customer interaction to promote offerings,Keep up to date with current ultrasound products and software to maximize customer demonstration success and be able to provide effective advice on product performance,Provide feedback from the customer/markets on our solution back to the Business Unit,Support new products launches and provide required applications report on completion of all application visits. Your expertise and qualifications: Biomedical engineering or imaging degree from reputable university or college,At least 6 years of successful experience in a similar international role,An excellent Communication and customer interaction skills,Good training skills, to be able to share knowledge and experience with local distributor teams,In-depth knowledge of Ultrasound products and technologies,In-depth knowledge and experience of Clinical GI and Cardiac Ultrasound application,Ability to travel 70% of the time throughout the assigned MEA region,Dynamic, confident to present to groups of people and good team player,Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken (interview will be conducted in both language) Who we are: We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
