Essential Role Functions
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients Coordinate with various teams to ensure client requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner Manage client accounts and transactions Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement necessary changes Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Prepare regular reports on client interactions for management review Assist in product development by gathering feedback from clients

Proven experience in a client services or customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role Familiarity with the freight industry is a plus Experience using help desk software and remote support tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Multi-tasking abilities Patience when handling tough cases Ability to work with a team and manage multiple tasks
