Client Relationship Management – Analyst

What can you expect?

As a Client Relationship Analyst, you will support the team managing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and reinsurers, understanding their needs and objectives
• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients

We will count on you to:

• Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, showcasing our services and performance
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients

What you need to have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, or any related field.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
• 0 - 3 years of experience in Insurance, banking, finance or Sales
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in English is a must, Arabic Language is a plus
