We’re currently recruiting for a Client Lead to be based in Riyadh as part of the expansion of our Business Growth team in KSA.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Develop and execute client strategies in collaboration with Regional/Country Directors.
- Build robust project plans to anticipate deadlines, risks, and deliver successful outcomes.
- Ensure account teams are aligned with client objectives and project goals.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and challenges.
- Address client requests promptly and redirect them to the appropriate contacts when necessary.
- Craft comprehensive, end-to-end proposals that meet client needs and organizational objectives.
- Lead client meetings, identifying opportunities and presenting tailored solutions.
- Autonomously develop and deliver proposals that address all client requirements.
- Lead and manage project teams, setting SMART objectives and delegating tasks.
- Provide coaching and development for junior team members, enhancing their skills and career growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in team organization and processes, implementing feedback and conducting retrospectives.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve internal issues with the support of HR and other resources.
- Conduct thorough client analyses, providing clear insights and reasoning for decision-making.
- Capture detailed notes in client meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Provide regular internal reporting to senior management on project status, risks, and next steps.
- Deliver high-quality work, identifying and solving problems proactively to ensure client satisfaction.
- Continuously challenge yourself to explore innovative methodologies and improve client processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of agency experience in client management, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct autonomous analyses.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
