Could you be the full-time onsite Civil Works Interface Engineer in AlUla, Saudi Arabia we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your multidisciplinary expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the whole technical coordination between the Civil Works (CW) and the Electromechanical (E&M) designs, ensuring seamless integration and efficient interfaces management. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance), spearhead design integration efforts, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Guiding the integration of Civil Works with Electromechanical systems,
Managing cross-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project outcomes,
Developing and implementing strategies for effective design interface,
Overseeing and resolving technical discrepancies between CW and E&M components,
Facilitating communication between engineering departments,
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations,
Providing technical leadership and support to project teams,
Reviewing and approving design documents and plans,
Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field,
Experience or understanding of technical coordination between Civil Works and Electromechanical designs,

Ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team,
Resilience and adaptability in dynamic project environments,
Proven problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
