Job Summary:
Maintenance activities for the clubs in his region. Doing regularly maintenance related to civil tasks as per preset standards while maintaining the quality of work.
Educational Level:
Diploma in facility management or any related field.
Years of Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Making periodical maintenance to the clubs according to a preset schedule to do the required civil work and inspection to ensure safely.
2. Installation and fixation of all the hardware in and around the facilities frequently, such as: floor tiles, ladders, walls etc. to ensure they are properly installed and working properly.
3. Closing tickets raised on functionality of flooring, walls and ladders and others.
4. Follow standards for quality, health and safety are met in order to keep in line with company’s policies, procedures and rules.
5. Raising a maintenance ticket to the concerned party when finding any of the hardware installations are not working properly, towards keeping the club at its best.
6. Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
