Civil Design Manager

We are looking for a Civil Design Manager to lead our engineering design efforts and manage the delivery of innovative civil engineering solutions for major infrastructure initiatives in Saudi Arabia. • Lead and manage the civil design team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality design outputs.
• Develop and implement design strategies and ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and requirements established by stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other disciplines to integrate civil design seamlessly across projects.
• Review and approve design documents, drawings, calculations, and specifications to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure that project timelines and budgets are adhered to through effective resource management and project planning.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project status and resolve any design-related challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to civil design.
