Job responsibilities:
Assist in leveraging data-driven insights to support the adaptation of strategies and products that align with market needs.
Support the collaboration with both travel and non-travel partners to enhance marketing impact and broaden reach.
Assist in creating tailored packages focused on increasing visitor numbers and spending, in line with the BU business plan.
Support the coordination and management of the marketing calendar to ensure it aligns with BU business plan KPIs and meets market targets.
Assist in executing plans for trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and stakeholder forums, while helping maintain a database of supply and demand partners.
Utilize data to help develop actionable insights that support strategic decisions, adapt to market needs, and enhance product and destination awareness.
Assist in creating and maintaining calendars based on market needs and KPIs to ensure that promotional activities align with strategic goals.
Support the oversight of a comprehensive marketing calendar for all marketing activities throughout the year.
Collaborate with market-specific airlines, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), ticket aggregators, and DMCs (Destination Management Companies) to help meet KPIs, support deal development, and create value-added activities.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need to have:
Recommended not less than 6 years of experience in tourism, marketing, or any related field.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Tourism.
