Job Summary:
The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technology strategy, ensuring that our systems and platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and e-commerce solutions, are aligned with business goals.
The CTO will lead the IT team, manage digital transformation projects, and ensure that technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and supports future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technology Leadership:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with Company’s business objectives.
o Provide leadership and guidance to the IT department, including infrastructure, software development, and systems integration teams.
2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Management:
o Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to support core business operations such as finance, supply chain, and customer relationship management.
o Collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously improve ERP processes and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
3. E-Commerce Strategy & Management:
o Oversee the development, implementation, and scaling of e-commerce platforms to enhance the company’s online presence and drive sales.
o Ensure the e-commerce platforms are integrated with back-end systems like ERP and CRM, providing real-time data for inventory, sales, and customer management.
4. Digital Transformation:
o Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, including automation, cloud migration, and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
o Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that could benefit the company.
5. Cybersecurity & Risk Management:
o Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies to protect company data and customer information.
o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to technology and data protection.
6. IT Infrastructure Management:
o Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
o Manage the performance, uptime, and availability of all critical IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
7. Vendor Management & Partnerships:
o Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and consultants.
o Evaluate and select new technologies and platforms that can enhance the company’s competitive edge.
8. Team Leadership & Development:
o Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
o Recruit, retain, and grow IT talent to meet the company’s current and future needs.
