The Chief Risk Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure the financial stability and regulatory compliance of the B2B BNPL platform. This role requires extensive experience in risk management within fintech, particularly in lending and trade finance.

• Risk Management Strategy: Develop and execute a robust risk management framework tailored to B2B BNPL operations.
• Credit Assessment: Oversee the creation and refinement of credit scoring models and risk assessment tools.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with the regulating authorities.
• Operational Risk Oversight: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to ensure platform reliability and stability.
• Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to enhance risk assessment and decision-making processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and product team to integrate risk management with business and technology strategies.
• Reporting: Provide regular risk reports to the executive team and stakeholders, highlighting key risk indicators and mitigation measures.

• Experience: Experience in senior risk management roles within fintech or financial services, with a focus on lending platforms.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing risk management frameworks in B2B lending environments.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B BNPL, invoice financing, and trade finance risk dynamics.
• Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with Saudi Arabian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Saudi National (KSA): This role is open to Saudi nationals only.
