On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Chief Operations Officer,
JOB SUMMARY
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the management of the daily operations of the Company. A background in Chemical Engineering is a must.
He will supervise and manage the administrative activities of the company and
will participate in developing strategies, policies and solutions. In addition,
he will oversee the technical and administrative staff, and his functions are
summarized as follows:
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
Contribution to the elaboration and setting the strategic decisions and policies needed to achieve the Company's objectives.
Preparation of the company's budget and sales planning.
Setting plans and devices for company development and sales increase.
Reviewing the executive plans and budgets.
Improvement of the company's organization and defining and controlling Quality policies and procedures.
Taking all necessary measures to control the expenditures and increase company's profit margin.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
Supervising the preparation of the final budget and follow-up with concerned Auditors.
Supervision of different Branch Managers (Riyadh, Khobar and Jeddah), Factory Manager, Chemical Production Manager, Technical Manager, Proposals Manager, and the Engineer of Sales, Installation and Operation and Maintenance.
Within his responsibilities, COO is reporting to the Managing Director.
Administration:
Creating a team spirit within the company and making each employee accountable.
Reviewing the performance of staff members and having the authority to take administrative sanctions if needed and to recommend incentives and rewards.
The COO has the right to issue recommendations on sanctions and dismissal of employee

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 10 – 15 Years
Languages: English / Arabic
Familiar With Presentations & Design
Proficient in : Sales & Projects

Design the plant using an activated sludge process to treat
10,000 m3 /d of BOD of 350 ppm with an anoxic basin to produce an effluent
NO3-N concentration of 6 g/m3 (TKN of 40 ppm).
