Our client is a well-known Saudi company owned by a successful Holding company. They're known for their high-quality products and have many branches around the world.

Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The CFOwill be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, ensuring financial stability, and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Monitor financial performance and report on variances.
• Identify and manage financial risks.
• Oversee internal controls and financial procedures.
• Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present financial information at various meetings.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA).
• Minimum 15 years in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Previous experience with IPO-listed companies in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record in financial management and strategy.
• Knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management.
• Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
