The Role of Chief Engineer:
We currently have an opportunity for a Chief Engineerto join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Engineering, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team that is collectively responsible for making key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.
You will be responsible for providing professional direction for all aspects of the hotel and building maintenance. This position will include project management (including annual and long-term capital expenditures), procurement and planning, leading the day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, and budget planning and management.You will also lead the Safety Committee and the energy conservation program.
Critical to the success of the role is the accomplishment of all responsibilities in conjunction with delivering the highest of standards consistently and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and employees.As a member of the leadership team, you will provide short- and long-term strategic direction in conjunction with all operational needs of the individual departments.
Our Ideal Chief Engineercandidate will have:
Hotel opening experience and expert technical knowledge of general building maintenance and environmental standards.
Additionally, you will be a passionate and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strategic, analytical and strong business acumen, an eye for detail, a passion for service, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.
Supporting the Saudi nationalization scheme, we are looking forward to connecting with Saudi nationals whom have a passion for engineeringand building maintenance. Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
