Record acquisition, write-off, and disposal of fixed assets together with the computation of appropriate depreciation, maintenance of fixed asset register, and fixed asset schedules. AP Reconciliation: Reconcile statement of accounts with suppliers and ensuring no discrepancies exist and provide balance confirmations "for Owned Inventory" Verify Purchase Receipt: Check the purchase invoice document to ensure it matches the purchase order (PO) and that the invoice conforms to the specifications required by the tax authorities Stock Controlling: Make sure, the GL is Matching with Module and Stock Ledger NRV and Slow-moving testing Maintain IFRS 16 schedules and provide guidance to accounting team for periodic bookings Process revenue, cost, general and admin expenses, accruals, and prepayments, incl. their accounting, payments, general ledger maintenance. Related Parties Reconciliation: Monthly reconciliation against all group related parties ESOP recording and maintain schedule Carry out adjustment and closing activities such as Sub-Ledger reconciliation with general ledger; Accruals e.g., deferred income, payroll, and other expenses; provisions for inventory, account receivables, end-of-service benefits, etc., and confirmation of account balances. Track and report the capital budget by contract & by the project. Maintain warranties schedules and provide guidance to accounting team for periodic bookings Recording for workshop accounting as per absorption costing practices Policies, Processes, and Procedures:Ensure compliance with accounting policies and SOP's.Key Accountabilities: Monthly closing within deadline and accuracy of modular data. Monthly closing of procurement, sales and inventory modules, posting and reconciliation with GL. Monthly accruals, prepayments and provisions transactions and adjustments and closing of TB. Fixed Assets schedules update lease schedules update Manage and lead accounting team in order to achieve set timelines, reporting standards and KPI's.
