Chief accountant

Ninja is looking for a dedicated and experienced Chief Accountant to lead our financial department and ensure the accuracy of all financial statements and reports. The Chief Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing the accounting team, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits of financial data and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses to provide insights and develop budget strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments, ensuring the company is compliant with evolving financial regulations.
