Lead the effort to make sure that our processes and controls are in compliance with Ukrainian Legislation and Global Accounting Procedures
Assure compliance to internal/external financial reporting and local tax legislation requirements correctness of primary documents and timely communicate current tax and accounting status and potential risks
Work closely with RFC to provide input and updates on changes in tax and accounting statutory legislation
Ensure accurate and in-timely report creating for Tax Authorities, Social Funds and Statistics covering corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, review of all reports and tax returns prepared by local accounting team and filing of reports and tax returns, staying up to date with current changing Ukrainian tax legislation
Manage the team of direct reports, provide support and expertise to maintain high professional level of accounting team
Local accounting of Fixed Assets
Actively lead and support accounting team in Ukraine
Participate in Month end/year end processes including the preparation of journals and validation of balance sheet accounts and production of monthly financial statement
Special projects as assigned by DOF/ADOF related to hotel processes and controls
