On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire an experienced Mahashi Chef to join their company. Job Summary Will be responsible for creating Mahashi dishes
that resonate with the Saudi taste, refining recipes, and keeping up with
culinary trends. Their role will involve overseeing the production of 100,000
pieces of Mahashi daily and managing the operations of the central kitchen. Responsibilities
Preparation and cooking of Mahashi
with high quality including grape leaves, cabbage rolls, and stuffed onions,
according to the highest standards.
Working on recipe development and
improving taste and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Managing the cooking process and
ensuring compliance with cleanliness and food safety procedures.
Collaborating with the team to ensure
smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervising raw materials and ensuring
the quality of ingredients used.

kitchens.
Required Qualifications and
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience
in the culinary field, with a specialization in Mahashi preparation.
Proven experience working in
central kitchens and high-volume production (essential requirement).
