Requirements:
Diploma in Culinary Arts from a prestigious academy (such as Zadk Academy or equivalent).
At least 2 years of practical experience in the culinary field.
Deep familiarity with Saudi cuisine and local taste.
Continuous monitoring of the latest cooking trends and product development.
Ability to understand local market preferences and develop dishes that suit general taste.
