We are looking for a talented Saudi to join 3M for a Channel & Key Account Executive at Automotive Aftermarket Division in Saudi Arabia. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading business development through channel to achieve higher reach in the market
• Promoting and implementing value proposition and solutions to our Key Accounts
• Expanding new business opportunities
• Collaborating with 3Mers around multiple countries to share and to learn

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Saudi nationality is a must
• Arabic and English speaking
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or higher from an accredited university

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Key Account Management / Business development experience is preferable
• Familiarity with automotive aftermarket market or similar market would be an asset
• Communication and network development
• Prioritization

Location: Saudi Arabia (entire country territory)

Travel: May include up to 50% domestic

Type of work: Hybrid (approx.1-2 days per week to work from Home Office / Office)

Relocation: Not authorized
