About the job CHANGE MANAGER (HEALTH INFORMATICS, ARABIC SPEAKER)
Responsibilities:
Provide CM Subject Matter Expertise to clients for HIS implementation projects and apply change management techniques to facilitate the project.
Support the HIS implementation and apply CM activities.
Capable of measuring the effectiveness of CM activities.
Manage and monitor change and apply CM techniques to mitigate resistance.
Train and empower change champions and be a leader and a mentor to them.
Provide constant guidance on areas of improvements whiten the CM scope.
Provide CM training/awareness workshops to staff.
Support the HIS training, go-live and perform the needed CM activities for smooth go-live.
Support the sustainability phase post the go-live.
Willingness to travel and be onsite at different hospitals/cities.
Support the overall HIS Implementation.
Writing reports, presenting in meetings, and represent the CM in different hospitals/cities.
Applicant Area of Expertise:
2 to 4 years of experience in healthcare related fields, preferably in Health Information Systems, and Change Management.
Good understanding and skills in Change Management is a must, and literal about the common CM concepts and their applications.
Advanced decision-making skills, analytical, independent learner, time management, multitasking, excellent verbale and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, high level of emotional intelligence, teamwork and collaboration, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, confident, high level of commitment, and punctual.
Education
Preferably, Bachelor or Master degree in Health Informatics, Health Services Management, or any health profession with knowledge in Change Management.
