In this role you will be responsible to drive successful adoption of digital solutions by Clients, ensuring business changes are seamlessly integrated and embedded into the client organization to ensure maximum value realization.

Description
Develop comprehensive adoption strategies that align with client's organizational goals and initiatives - during RFP and early project stages.Review project communication and stakeholder management plans.Lead adoption/change management activities throughout deployment project cycle in alignment with project execution and adoption/change management plans.Create and conduct, if necessary, advocacy/training/coaching programs for various client stakeholders. Able to identify most suitable communication methods.Provide ongoing support and resources to address challenges and promote continuous improvement throughout the adoption process.Develop and manage KPIs to measure the success of adoption efforts, track progress and ensure closing the gaps.Prepare and present status reports to various stakeholders.Implement best practices and lessons learned to refine and optimize adoption processes. Remain current with emerging market trends.Continuously engage with clients' staff on various levels (e.g. end-users, operators, management, support staff, etc.) to understand and tailor their unique needs.Advocate adoption to achieve Operational Excellence
Profile
Education: BSc degree in technical field.Experience: 10 years + relevant and proven experience handling similar responsibilities.Certifications: Certification in Change Management such as PROSCI, CCMP, and PMP/Agile/Scrum.Software Technology: Prior hands-on experience with operational technologies under MOMs such as process safety, reliability, operation management, etc.Project Management: Has worked before in projects. Understands different phases and milestones.Communication with Influence: Ability to convince and secure buy-ins. Strong interpersonal communications. Ability to work with teams. Ability to manage communications for different stakeholders.Risk Management: Ability to identify risks, plan for, and mitigate risks
