We are building a cutting-edge two-sided marketplace that will transform how brands discover, collaborate, and manage creators at scale. By creating a transparent, high-quality service experience, we aim to empower brands to maximize their marketing impact while giving creators more opportunities to work with dynamic businesses.

 

Your role as CEO will be to spearhead the creation and growth of this marketplace, ensuring that Kliq becomes the go-to platform for seamless brand-creator partnerships in the region. Your leadership will be instrumental in crafting a vision that addresses the needs of both sides of the marketplace, and in executing a strategy that drives sustainable, scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead Kliq’s strategic direction and growth trajectory, overseeing all business operations.
• Build and scale our marketplace, ensuring it effectively connects brands with creators and drives value for both.
• Develop and execute a bold go-to-market strategy to expand Kliq’s presence across the Middle East, with a focus on Saudi Arabia.
• Build a transparent and seamless collaboration hub where brands can find vetted creators to produce impactful content, that is always evolving with the forefront of available technology. 
• Continuously enhance Kliq’s product offerings to meet the evolving needs of brands and creators alike.
• Be the visionary force behind Kliq’s growth, managing and scaling all aspects of the business—from product development to stakeholder relationships.
• Build and lead a high-performing team that is passionate about Kliq’s vision and delivers results.

What we’re looking for:

 

• Ideally, you have regional experience within the GCC and MENA. 
• You have a burning desire to scale the company and are willing to take all the sacrifices and risks that come with it. 
• You have entrepreneurial grit and are not afraid to get your hands dirty
• Proven track record as a leader in fast-paced, high-growth startups, ideally within the tech, marketplace, or marketing space.
• Experience in building or scaling two-sided marketplaces or platform businesses.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and the creator economy.
• A data-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering results and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Passion for the creator economy and a deep understanding of all the inefficiencies and pain points of the current market. 
• Overseeing daily operations, including product, marketing, sales, business development, HR, and compliance. 
• Setting the company's short- and long-term goals, culture, vision, and mission. 
• Exceptional leadership. Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. 
• Managing investor relations, including presenting to the board and monitoring key performance indicators. 
• Ensuring finances and P&L are professionally managed and the venture is compliant with all necessary regulation.
