Oversee and manage the overall camp catering operations, ensuring timely and hygienic meal preparation and service.
Supervise kitchen and service staff, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly meal plans in coordination with management and kitchen staff.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and kitchen equipment, initiating procurement as required.
Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas for cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
Handle and resolve staff complaints or issues professionally.
Coordinate with camp management for maintenance of kitchen infrastructure and utilities.
Maintain records related to meals served, staff duty rosters, inventory usage, and expenses.
Enforce discipline, safety, and hygiene practices among kitchen staff.
Prepare and submit timely reports to management regarding camp catering operations.
High School Diploma or equivalent (Catering / Hospitality certification is a plus).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in GCC countries.
Proficient knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and large-scale meal planning.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
