1. Payment and reimbursement: Submit payment requests (e.g. local, international, WPS and SADAD) and review reimbursements and invoices.
2. Bank reconciliation: Complete bank reconciliation and record cash inflows (from customers) in company’s system as per bank statement.
3. Bank communication: Finish account opening and cancellation, bank deposit, bank guarantee, maintain relationship with banks and so on.
4. Document Archiving: Archive all financial documents as per company’s regulation.
5. Other kinds of work required by line manager.
1. Bachelor or above degree with the related major of Finance.
2. 1 or 2 year related working experience in banks or financial institutions will be preferred.
3. Proficient in MS Office at least (also master online banking systems will be better).
4. Proficient in Arabic and English ( or Chinese) languages.
